Production Plan for Jamaica in Planting Factory 17
Over the years, we have accumulated rich experience in transporting perishable goods (such as garlic, onions, ginger, etc.). Our quality inspectors will regularly receive training on the latest standards and procedures to ensure the quality of garlic and other agricultural raw materials, so that they can enter any market in the world.
In addition, we will choose the world’s leading reefer container fleet during transportation.
The following points are required to be maintained during transportation:
1: Controlled Atmosphere (CA) Process allowing for longer shelf life of vegetables.
2: Dehumidification to control relative humidity. All MSC operated refrigerated containers equipped with humidity sensors can dehumidify. This technique is particularly suitable for onions, ginger and garlic.
3: The vent setting requires fresh air to remove heat and gas, such as ethylene and carbon dioxide produced by vegetables. Use the vent setting to inhale outside air.
