Nossos inspetores de qualidade recebem regularmente treinamento sobre os mais recentes padr\u00f5es e procedimentos para garantir a qualidade do alho e de outras mat\u00e9rias-primas agr\u00edcolas, para que possam entrar em qualquer mercado do mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, escolheremos a frota l\u00edder mundial de cont\u00eaineres refrigerados durante o transporte.<\/p>\n<p>Os pontos a seguir devem ser mantidos durante o transporte:<\/p>\n<p>1: Processo de Atmosfera Controlada (AC) que permite maior prazo de validade dos vegetais.<\/p>\n<p>2: Desumidifica\u00e7\u00e3o para controlar a umidade relativa. Todos os cont\u00eaineres refrigerados operados pela MSC equipados com sensores de umidade podem desumidificar. Essa t\u00e9cnica \u00e9 particularmente adequada para cebolas, gengibre e alho.<\/p>\n<p>3: A configura\u00e7\u00e3o de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o requer ar fresco para remover o calor e o g\u00e1s, como o etileno e o di\u00f3xido de carbono produzidos pelos vegetais.
