Aujourd'hui, avec son march\u00e9 d'exportation relativement stable, la Chine est le pays le plus important dans la cha\u00eene internationale d'approvisionnement en ail, repr\u00e9sentant 80% des exportations mondiales d'ail. L'ail chinois est export\u00e9 sous diverses formes : frais, entrepos\u00e9 \u00e0 froid, s\u00e9ch\u00e9, marin\u00e9 et saumur\u00e9.
