conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques dans les r\u00e9gions chinoises productrices d'ail jusqu'au premier trimestre 2021 doivent \u00eatre surveill\u00e9es de pr\u00e8s car elles auront une in\ufb02uence critique sur les rendements des cultures, ce qui pourrait avoir un impact majeur sur les co\u00fbts des producteurs et les prix de l'ail correspondants pour l'ail chinois de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Une couverture \u00e0 moyen terme jusqu'au deuxi\u00e8me ou troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2021 serait un bon moyen d'\u00e9viter la volatilit\u00e9 des prix de l'ail au cours de la prochaine
